I use my mother's cesarean scar as a medium for creation, responding to her acceptance that “this scar is meant to be.” Through digital imaging techniques, I “tattoo” floral and life imagery onto this bodily imprint, exploring how trauma becomes tangible proof of love. Primary software used includes Adobe Premiere, Audition, Processing, and Touch Designer.
